RECIPIE HOW TO MAKE MOUSTALEVRIA (PALOUZE)
Dilute 1 part of Parpis Grape Syrup to 3 parts of water. Heat the diluted mixture on a low heat setting adding slowly-slowly whole grain wheat flour 1 part of flour to 7 parts of the diluted mixture. While you add the flour stir the mixture rapidly and keep stirring until the mixture turns to a thick uniform creak. This will take about 20 minutes. You may add a small amount of rose water, sprinkle in, some cinnamon powder and thinly ground almonds. Pour the hot cream in individual plates or serving bowls and let it cool down. You may also keep moustalevria in the refrigerator and serve it as a delicious cool dessert.
